What the PSLE paper actually rewards
Most P6 pupils know a good deal of Science. Marks are lost in the gap between knowing something and expressing it in the form the marker credits — a distinction that is invisible until someone points it out, and straightforward to fix once they can see it.
How we teach it
Revision is organised by question type as well as by topic, so pupils recognise what is being asked before they start writing. Every lesson includes written practice, marked against the actual marking points. Timed practice is introduced progressively so pacing is settled well before the prelims.

Questions parents ask
When should we start a P6 revision class?
Earlier is better — starting at the beginning of P6 leaves room to work through the whole syllabus before the prelims. Joining later is still possible; contact us and we will be honest about what can be covered in the time left.
Do you cover the lower primary topics too?
Yes. PSLE Science examines the full P3 to P6 syllabus, and pupils frequently lose marks on P3 and P4 material they last saw two years ago.
How is written work marked?
Against the marking points examiners look for, with comments explaining where a mark was earned or missed, so your child can see the difference between a nearly-right and a fully-credited answer.
